Morgan Livingston

Hi, I'm Morgan.

I research tech, law, and policy, focusing on AI governance.

I am currently a Masters Student at Tsinghua University in Beijing. I previously was a TechCongress Fellow in the US Senate and a Science Policy Fellow working on Executive Branch and White House Office of Science and Technology Policy projects. I have also been a privacy nerd with Dr. King at Stanford focusing on dark patterns and data commons, and an emerging tech research assistant with the Wilson Center.

My thinking loosely clusters around the question: How can we innovate on legal and governance design to create the technologies and futures we want?
